This article explains the My Projects board in the ClearStream module, what each stage represents, and how to navigate and read project cards.
01/ Introduction
My Projects is the main workspace for ZDHC Approved wastewater laboratories in the ClearStream module. It displays all testing projects assigned to your laboratory (both active and historical) as a Kanban board. Each column represents a stage in the testing workflow, and each card represents one supplier's testing project.
Tip: The board can contain many columns. If you cannot see all stages, scroll to the right to reveal them.
02/ The project stages
The board contains the following columns, from left to right:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| New request | A supplier has sent a testing request to your laboratory. Action required: accept or decline. |
| Sampling | You have accepted the request. You must now enter sampling information before testing can begin. |
| Testing | Sampling data has been submitted. The physical wastewater testing is under way. |
| Reporting | Testing is complete. You are entering and submitting the test results on the platform. |
| Pending supplier review | Results have been submitted. The supplier is reviewing them and must accept or decline. |
| Accepted | The supplier has accepted the results. The ClearStream Report has been generated. |
| Completed | The full testing cycle is complete. |
| Rejected | The supplier declined the results without sending them back for correction. The project is closed. |
Check the counter next to each stage name to see how many project cards there are.
03/ Reading a project card
Every card on the board displays:
- The supplier name.
- The supplier ID (their ZDHC Gateway identifier).
- The date the project was started.
- The date of the last update.
04/ Opening a project
Click any card to open the project side panel. Review full project details for that stage, including the supplier's contact information, the facility profile from Step 2 of their workflow, and actions you can take.
The content of the side panel changes depending on the project's stage. Each stage is covered in its own article. See the related articles within the ZDHC Gateway Knowledge Base for reference.
