This article explains how your laboratory can pay a supplier's ClearStream reporting fee on the supplier's behalf using a wastewater reporting voucher.

01/ Introduction

A ClearStream (wastewater reporting) subscription costs €250 per year and must be active before a supplier can submit a report. Your laboratory can pay this fee for a supplier by buying a wastewater reporting voucher from ZDHC and sharing the code with them. The supplier enters the code at checkout to activate their own subscription at no extra cost.

02/ Prerequisites

• Admin access — you must be an admin in your laboratory's organisation to request vouchers on behalf of your organisation.
• No other setup is required.

03/ Steps

1. Email support@zdhc.org to request wastewater reporting vouchers. Tell ZDHC how many vouchers your laboratory needs.
2. Wait for ZDHC to send you an invoice for the vouchers you requested.
3. Pay the invoice.
   ZDHC sends the voucher codes to you by email once your payment has been received.
4. Share one voucher code with each supplier you're paying for.
5. Ask the supplier to enter their voucher code at checkout when they activate their ClearStream subscription. The supplier's subscription activates immediately. They are not charged again.
