This article explains how to change the payment method for an existing invoice from bank transfer to credit card in the ZDHC Gateway.

01/ Introduction

If an invoice was initially created with bank transfer as the payment method, you can still pay it online by credit card.

Note: If you initially select Bank Transfer and an invoice is generated, the €25 bank transfer fee will remain part of the invoice, even if you later switch the payment method to credit card.

02/ Change the payment method to credit card

1. Go to the Subscriptions tab.

   

2. Locate the relevant subscription and click View.

   

3. Scroll to the Billing History section.

4. Find the relevant invoice and click View Invoice. The invoice will open in MaxioPay.

   

5. Click Pay Invoice Online.

   

6. Select the option to pay with a credit card.

   

7. Complete the required credit card details and billing address information.

8. Click on Submit Payment.

   

Once the payment has been successfully processed, the invoice will be paid using the selected credit card.
