01/ Introduction
Your organisation profile includes an address field. This should reflect your facility's physical location, not a billing address, head office, or mailing address. This ensures that ZDHC and brands can clearly associate your operations with the correct site.
02/ Prerequisites
Anyone with platform access can follow this guide (applicable to facilities).
03/ Which address to enter
Provide your facility's physical address: the location where you conduct production or operations.
Do not enter:
- A billing or invoicing address
- A head office or parent company address
- A PO box or mailing address
Register each site as a separate organisation with its own address if your company operates multiple sites. Each organisation on the platform requires one address.
04/ Billing address
Your billing address is not collected in your organisation profile. ZDHC collects billing information separately at the time of payment if needed.

Tip: Update your organisation profile as soon as your facility’s address changes. Brands and ZDHC rely on this information to identify and verify your location. If you are unsure which address to use, select the address that appears on your facility’s official registration documents.
