This article explains how an admin user can invite an external organisation to register on the ZDHC Gateway.

01/ Introduction

Any organisation already registered on the ZDHC Gateway can invite other organisations to join. This is most commonly used by Brands and Vendors to invite their Suppliers. Invitations are sent by email, and the receiving organisation follows the standard registration process upon acceptance.

02/ Which organisation types can be invited?

You can invite the following organisation types:

• Supplier
• Chemical Formulator

Note: ZDHC Signatory Brands, Friends of ZDHC, and certain other organisation types cannot be invited through this flow. Only the organisation types listed above are available.

03/ Prerequisites

• You must be an admin user of your organisation.
• The email address of a contact at the organisation you want to invite.

04/ Steps

1. Navigate to your Organisation Profile page from the organisation navigation.

2. Click Invite Organisation. 

   

3. In the dropdown, select the organisation type you want to invite.
4. Enter the email address of the contact at the organisation you are inviting.
5. Click Send invitation.

The invited organisation will receive an email with a link to register on the Gateway. They follow the standard registration process from there.

05/ Tips & Notes

Note: You can only invite one organisation at a time. If you need to invite multiple organisations, you will have to repeat the process for each one individually.

Tip: Make sure the email address you enter belongs to the person who will be responsible for completing the registration. That person will automatically become the admin of the new organisation.
