This guide will show you how to publish chemical products on the ZDHC Gateway.

By making products public, chemical formulators can demonstrate their conformance against ZDHC MRSL. Please note that your customers or potential customers can only view public products.

Publishing a product means brand and supplier users can view it publicly. To publish a product, it must be uploaded into the Gateway first, either as a single product or via the bulk upload.
Reminder: Only active products can be published.

01/ Publish a single product

1. Click Products on the left navigation panel.
2. Under the Products tab, find the product you would like to publish.
3. Click  to edit the product.
   
4. Under the Product Profile, find the Publish toggle and switch.
5. Click SAVE at the bottom of the page.
6. Read the pop-up notification and click OK. Your product is now Published!

02/ Publish products in bulk

You can also publish all products or selected multiple products by following the steps below.

1. Click Products on the left navigation panel.
2. Under the Products tab, select the products you would like to publish or select all.
3. Click the Publish button on the top right.
4. Depending on your selection, click Publish all products or Publish selected products.
   
   
   
5. A confirmation message pops up. Click Continue.
   Your products are now published!

03/ Publish when accepting certification details

As described in New Chemical Product Upload & Verification Process - Guide (Formulators), it's also possible to publish products when accepting newly added certification details. If that's the case, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Products page and select the Certificate Review tab.
2. Select the certification details in question and click Actions, then Accept.
3. In the pop-up message, select Yes, Accept & Publish. Please note: you will only be able to publish the product if it has a Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
