This article explains what to do if you can't pay your ClearStream reporting fee yourself, and your laboratory previously paid it on your behalf.
01/ Introduction
Your laboratory can no longer pay your ClearStream fee directly on your behalf. If you can't pay the fee yourself, you need to ask your laboratory for a voucher code.
A ClearStream (wastewater reporting) subscription costs €250 per year and must be active before you can submit a report. If you can't pay this fee yourself, for example because of currency or bank transfer restrictions, your laboratory can buy a voucher and give you the code. You enter the code at checkout to activate your subscription, at no extra cost to you.

No prerequisites — anyone with platform access can follow this guide.
03/ Steps
- Contact your wastewater laboratory and ask them for a ClearStream voucher code. Your laboratory arranges and pays for the voucher directly with ZDHC.
- Go to the ClearStream checkout to activate your subscription.
- Enter the voucher code your laboratory gave you, instead of paying directly.
Your ClearStream subscription activates immediately, at no extra cost to you.
