This article explains how to open the connection details drawer and what information it contains.
01/ Introduction
Clicking any row in the connections table opens a connection details drawer on the right side of the screen. The drawer gives you a full view of that connection, including organisation information, labels, and data sharing settings.
The drawer is also where individual actions such as adding labels, managing data sharing, and cancelling a connection are performed.
02/ Prerequisites
Anyone with platform access can view the connection details drawer; however, some actions within the drawer (cancelling a connection, editing data sharing) require admin access.
03/ Steps
- Go to your Organisation Profile and open the Connections tab.
- Click any row in the connections table.

The connection details drawer opens from the right side of the screen. It shows:
• Connected organisation name and type• Gateway Organisation ID• Initiated by (Sent or Received)• Connected since (date the connection became active) - To close the drawer, click the ✕ button in the top-right corner of the drawer, or click anywhere on the page behind it.
04/ Cancelling a connection from the drawer
Admin only: You can cancel an active connection directly from the drawer.
- Open the connection details drawer for the connection you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel connection at the bottom of the drawer.
- Confirm the action in the confirmation prompt.
Note: Cancelling a connection is permanent. All data sharing stops immediately. To reconnect, the other organisation will need to send a new connection request.
