This article explains how to accept or decline a connection request from another organisation on the ZDHC Gateway.
01/ Introduction
When another organisation sends you a connection request, you will receive a notification. The request will appear on your Connections page. You can accept or decline it from there.
- If you accept and later change your mind, you can disconnect from the organisation at any time.
- If you decline, the request is permanently rejected and cannot be reversed. The requesting organisation would need to send a new request if they wish to try again.
02/ Prerequisites
- You must be an admin user of your organisation.
03/ Steps
- Navigate to your Organisation Profile and open the Connections page.
- Scroll to the Incoming Connection Requests section. This lists all organisations that have requested to connect with you.
- Review the request. You can see the organisation's name, Organisation ID, type, and the date the request was sent.
- Click Accept to connect, or Decline to reject the request.
03/ Tips & Notes
Tip: Check the Organisation ID against any communications you have had with the requesting organisation to confirm their identity before accepting.
Notes:
- Declining a request is permanent and cannot be undone. If you decline by mistake, the requesting organisation will need to resend the connection request.
- If you accept a connection by mistake, you can disconnect from the organisation at any time from the active connections table.
