This article explains the possible registration statuses for a new organisation on the ZDHC Gateway and what each one means for your access.
01/ Introduction
After submitting your organisation’s registration, ZDHC will review your details. You can log in to the ZDHC Gateway immediately and check your status on the organisation selection page. You'll receive an email once a decision is made.
02/ Registration statuses
Pending review
Your registration is awaiting ZDHC review. You can log in and see your organisation, but not access it yet.
Accepted
Your registration has been approved. Your organisation is now active, and you can access it from the organisation selection page. Click Continue to enter your organisation and start using the ZDHC Gateway.
Improvements needed
ZDHC needs more information or corrections before approval. Find the required changes on the registration detail page:
- On the organisation selection page, click your organisation. View registration details and ZDHC comments.
- Make the required changes or provide the requested information.
- Resubmit the registration.
Tip: The improvement process can be repeated as many times as necessary until your registration meets all requirements.
Declined
Your registration has been declined. The organisation has been removed from your selection page. You will receive an email with more details.

03/ Tips & Notes
Note: You'll get an email for every status change. Check your spam if you're not receiving them.
Tip: While your registration is under review, you can still log in and check your status at any time from the organisation selection page.
