This article explains how data is organised on the ZDHC Gateway and why users see data for each organisation separately.
01/ Introduction
In the previous version of the ZDHC Gateway, users linked to multiple organisations could see data from all their organisations combined in a single view — for example, all ClearStream reports across all facilities in a single list. With the relaunch of the platform, each module shows data for the currently selected organisation only. You need to switch between organisations to see data for a different one.
When you log in to the ZDHC Gateway, you first select the organisation you want to work with. All data you see in that session — ClearStream reports, InCheck inventories, ChemCheck products — belongs to that organisation only.
If you are linked to more than one organisation (for example, you manage two supplier facilities, or you have both a supplier and a brand account), you need to switch between organisations to access each one's data separately.
This applies to all modules on the ZDHC Gateway.
02/ Steps
- Log in and select an organisation from the selection screen to enter the platform.
- To switch to a different organisation, click your organisation name in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select Change Organisations from the menu. You are taken back to the organisation selection screen.
- Select the new organisation and click Continue.
03/ Why is data separated by organisation?
Each organisation on the ZDHC Gateway is a distinct entity — a facility, a brand, a lab, or a vendor. Keeping data separate per organisation ensures that:
- Each organisation's data is accurate and clearly attributed.
- Users cannot accidentally view or act on data from the wrong account.
- Brands and other connected parties can see exactly what each specific facility has reported.
04/ What if I manage many facilities?
If your user account is linked to many facilities, you need to switch organisations to view each facility's data individually. Bulk downloading data across multiple organisations in a single action is not currently available.
A feature to allow parent organisations to view and download aggregated data across all their child facilities is being explored for a future release.
05/ Tips & Notes
Tip: The navigation menu at the top of the screen is tailored to the organisation type you have selected. A supplier organisation shows the ClearStream and InCheck modules; a brand organisation shows the brand Module. If a module appears to be missing, check that you have selected the correct organisation.
Note: Your role and permissions may differ between organisations. You could be an admin in one organisation and a standard user in another. Check your role if you find you cannot access certain settings.
