This article explains how to reset your ZDHC Gateway password, whether you have forgotten it or are logging in for the first time after the relaunch.
01/ Introduction
You can reset your password at any time from the ZDHC Gateway login page. You will need access to the email address registered to your account to complete the process.
02/ Prerequisites
- Access to the email address registered on your ZDHC Gateway account.
What if I no longer have access to my registered email address?
If you cannot access the email address on your account, you cannot reset your password yourself. ZDHC cannot reassign accounts manually for security reasons.
Ask a colleague or your organisation's admin user to invite you to your organisation using a different email address. This will create a new user account with access to the same organisation.
03/ Steps
- Go to the ZDHC Gateway login page.
- Click Reset your password, located directly below the login button.
- Enter the email address associated with your ZDHC Gateway account and click Send reset link.
- Check your inbox for an email from ZDHC with a password reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the link in the email. You are taken to a page where you can set a new password.
- Enter a new password. Your password must meet the security requirements shown on screen.
- Once saved, return to the login page and log in with your email address and new password.
04/ Tips & Notes
Notes:
- The password reset link in the email expires after a set period. If yours has expired, return to the login page and request a new reset link.
- If you see the message "These credentials do not match our records" when trying to log in, your password may simply need to be reset. This does not mean your account has been deleted.
