This article explains the ID system used across the ZDHC Gateway: what the IDs look like, what each prefix means, and how to use them when managing your account or contacting customer support.
01/ Introduction
Every entity on the ZDHC Gateway (organisations, users, products, reports, and more) has a unique public-facing ID. These IDs are displayed throughout the platform and serve as references when communicating with ZDHC Customer Support or external organisations. All ZDHC Gateway IDs follow the same format and are designed to be human-readable and consistent.
02/ What has changed
If you used the previous version of the ZDHC Gateway before its relaunch, product IDs have changed. In the previous version, products had a PID (Product ID). In the relaunched ZDHC Gateway, all products have been assigned a new standardised ID. Old PIDs are no longer valid.
05/ Where to find IDs on the platform
IDs are displayed throughout the Gateway wherever you interact with an entity:
- Organisations: Shown on your organisation profile page.
- Users: Shown in user account settings.
- Products: Shown in the product portfolio table (Product ID column) and on the product detail page.
- Reports: Shown on the InCheck and ClearStream Report pages.
- Connections: Shown in the connections overview.
06/ Tips & Notes
Note: IDs are assigned by the platform and cannot be changed or customised.
Tip: If you are integrating with the ZDHC Gateway via the API, always use the public-facing ID in your external references.
