This article explains how to accept an invitation to join an organisation that is already registered on the ZDHC Gateway.

01/ Introduction

If a colleague or admin has invited you to their organisation, you will receive an email invitation. How you proceed depends on whether you already have a personal ZDHC Gateway account or not. Either way, the invitation is managed from the organisation selection page once you are logged in.

02/ Pre-requisites

• An invitation email from an admin of the organisation you are joining.

03/ Steps

Path A — You already have a ZDHC Gateway account

1. Open the invitation email. You can either click the link in the email or log in directly at the ZDHC Gateway login page.
2. Log in with your existing account credentials.
3. On the organisation selection page, you will see a pending invitation from the organisation. It appears alongside any organisations you already have access to.
4. Click Accept to join the organisation, or Decline if you do not wish to join.
   • If you accept, the organisation is added to your list, and you can select it immediately.
   • If you decline, the invitation is removed from your list.

Path B — You do not yet have a ZDHC Gateway account

1. Open the invitation email and click the registration link.
2. You are taken to the ZDHC Gateway registration page. Select Create a new account and enter your name, email address, and a password.
3. Once your account is created, you are automatically linked to the organisation that invited you. You do not need to separately accept the invitation.
4. You are taken to the organisation selection page, where the organisation is already available. Click Continue to enter it.

Note: If you create a new account via an invitation link, you are automatically joined to the inviting organisation. There is no option to decline at this stage — if you do not wish to join, do not complete the account creation, and contact the person who sent the invitation.

04/ Managing multiple invitations

You can receive invitations from more than one organisation at the same time. All pending invitations are visible on the organisation selection page. You can accept or decline each one individually.

05/ Tips & Notes

Tip: Invitations do not expire. If you received an invitation but have not acted on it yet, the link in the email is still valid.

Note: If you cannot see a pending invitation after logging in, check that you are logged in with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
