This article explains what happens after you log in to the ZDHC Gateway and how to select the organisation you want to work in.
01/ Introduction
After logging in, you land on the organisation selection page. This page shows all the organisations linked to your user account. You must select one to continue. All ZDHC Gateway features and data are tied to a specific organisation.
02/ Steps
- Log in to the ZDHC Gateway with your email address and password.
You are taken to the organisation selection page. The page displays a table of all organisations your account has access to, with three columns: Organisation Name, Organisation ID, and Type.
- One organisation is pre-selected by default. This is either the last organisation you worked in, or if this is your first login, the most recently created organisation linked to your account.
- If you have more than one organisation, use the search field to find an organisation by name or Organisation ID, or use the filter to narrow by organisation type.
- Click Continue on the organisation you want to work in. You are taken directly to that organisation's dashboard.
Tip: If you have admin access to an organisation, you will see a shield icon in the Type column for that row. Hover over the icon to confirm your admin access.
03/ What happens if my organisation is not on the list
If you cannot see your organisation on the selection page, your user account is not linked to it. This is not a migration issue. All existing user-to-organisation connections from the previous version of the ZDHC Gateway have been carried over to the relaunched version.
The most likely reasons are:
- Your user account was not linked to the organisation in Gateway 1.0.
- You are logged in with a different email address than the one linked to the organisation.
To resolve this, ask a colleague or an admin user in your organisation to send you an invitation. Once you accept the invitation, the organisation will appear on your selection page.
Note: ZDHC cannot manually add users to organisations. For security and data quality reasons, organisation access must be managed by your organisation's admin users.
04/ Tips & Notes
Note: If an organisation's Continue button is disabled, your account cannot currently access it. Hover over the button to see the reason. This may be because your access has been removed or because the organisation's account has an issue that needs to be resolved.
