The connection feature is a crucial feature to stay engaged with your clients (Brands/Vendors). The connection feature enables you to share your input and output performance such as InCheck and ClearStream reports with your clients. The connection request can be sent by either party and needs to be mutually concluded to be active. Only active connections allow you to share your performance data and other useful information.

Please note that an active connection can be published on our public Detox.Live map by Brands.

This guide will show you how to request a connection to your Brand/Vendor, review a connection request, and accept a connection.

Let’s get started!

01/ Issuing a connection invitation

  1. Click SEARCH on the left navigation.

Find the organisation you would like to connect. You may want to use BROWSE BY ORGANIZATION TYPE: Screenshot_2020-06-15_at_09.08.00.png

or use the search bar Screenshot_2020-06-15_at_09.12.36.png to narrow your search.Screenshot_2020-06-15_at_09.12.44.png
  2. In the overview, check the symbolsScreenshot_2022-01-14_at_10.41.40.png next to the Brand name to understand your connection status concerning them. A black chain means that you are not connected, a yellow chain means that the connection request still has to be accepted by the other party (Brand) and a green chain means that your organisation is already connected to the Brand. To make a new connection request simply click on the chain Screenshot_2020-06-15_at_09.13.55.png symbol. Note: The bookmark symbol Screenshot_2022-01-14_at_10.50.38.pngis black when you have not bookmarked a Brand and blue if you have bookmarked them already.Screenshot_2022-01-14_at_10.44.37.png
