The ZDHC Gateway connects suppliers to resources from the Input focus area of the Roadmap to Zero Programme (via the ZDHC MRSL) and the Output focus area (via the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines).

This step-by-step guide explains how you can get registered on the platform as a supplier. There are two ways to receive an invitation, please click on the options below to see which one applies to your facility.

One of your brand customers is a ZDHC Signatory or Friend of ZDHC

If one of your brand customers is a ZDHC Signatory or Friend of ZDHC, they can send you an invite to ZDHC Gateway. Please contact them directly to make this request. Once they have invited you, you will receive an invitation email directly from the ZDHC Gateway that includes a link leading you to the registration application page.
Once the brand has confirmed that you have been invited, please check your spam folder regularly as the invitation might end up there.
Once you have submitted the registration application, your application gets processed by the ZDHC Customer Support Team and an email notification goes out to you to inform you about the approval.

You are not working with a ZDHC Signatory or Friend of ZDHC but you still want to get a ZDHC Gateway account

If none of your brand customers are associated with ZDHC yet, you can submit a request via the Knowledge Base submission form to request an invitation to the ZDHC Gateway from the ZDHC Customer Support Team.
The ZDHC Customer Support Team will review your request and potentially reach out to you for further information.
Once your information has been reviewed, the ZDHC Customer Support Team invites you to the Gateway via mail. The invitation email comes directly from the ZDHC Gateway and includes a link that will lead you to the registration application page. If you have not received such an email, please check your spam folder regularly as the invitation might end up there.
Once you have submitted the registration application, your application gets processed by the ZDHC Gateway Support Team and an email notification goes out to you to inform you about the approval.
