Within an organisation on the ZDHC Gateway, users can either be added as Account Admins or Viewers. Information on how you can add users to the account in general, can be found here. In this article, we will look at the differences between the two user roles.

Account Admins

• Can edit the organisation profile
• Can use the ZDHC Gateway search function
• Can add and remove users from organisation account and assign the user's account type (admin or viewer)
• Can invite Suppliers and Formulators to the ZDHC Gateway
• Can view and manage connections with Vendors and Brands
• Can view InCheck reports
• Can view and publish wastewater test results

Viewers

• Can use the ZDHC Gateway search function
• Can invite Suppliers and Formulators to the ZDHC Gateway
• Can view connections with Vendors and Brands
• Can view InCheck reports
• Can view wastewater test results
