Aside from adding a user, ZDHC Gateway allows you to invite an organisation (formulator or supplier) to the system.

01/ Single Invite

1. Click INVITES on the left vertical tab.
2. Click  to create an invite.
3. Fill out the required fields.
   Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
4. Click INVITE

You are directed to the INVITES page to show the information and the status of your invite.

To archive an invite, click  under the action column.

To resend an invite, click  under the action column.

To get an invite link, click    under the action column.

02/ Bulk Invite

1. Click INVITES on the left vertical tab.
2. Click  to invite in bulk.
3. Download the bulk invite template.
4. Click DOWNLOAD.
5. Fill out the required fields.
   Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
6. Upload the Invite List.
   Note: The maximum number of a list invite is 500.
7. Click INVITE.

   You are directed to the INVITES page to show the information and the status of your invite.

To retrieve the registration link, follow the steps below.

1. Check your email inbox for a message from ZDHC Gateway.
2. Click the link to accept the invitation.

   

Note: If a company has been invited during the last 6 months, you cannot invite the same company again.
