01/ Generating Performance InCheck Reports
The Performance InCheck Solution helps suppliers check their chemical inventory against the ZDHC MRSL.
In order to generate the Performance InCheck Reports, a supplier has to:
- Register on the ZDHC Gateway.
- Select a ZDHC Approved InCheck Solution Provider to work with and contact them directly.
- Fill out a Chemical Inventory List (CIL) template provided by the selected solution provider. Important note: Each solution provider has its own Chemical Inventory List (CIL) template for InCheck Report generation, and suppliers must use the CIL format provided by the solution provider.
- After the generation of a report on the Performance InCheck Solution Provider's platform, your Performance InCheck reports are available to view, download, and share with your business partners in your ZDHC Gateway supplier profile.
02/ Understanding the 42-Day Rule for InCheck Reports
What is the 42-day rule?
The 42-day rule defines the time window during which a supplier can generate an InCheck report for a specific calendar month. This rule ensures there is a fixed timeframe to submit and finalise reports.
How does it work? The 42-day period starts after the last day of the month the supplier is reporting on, not from the beginning of the month.
Example:
If a supplier wants to generate an InCheck report for April, the 42-day reporting period begins on 1st May. This means the report can be generated at any time from 1st May to 11th June (42 days after 30th April).
After the 42-day window has passed, the supplier will no longer be able to generate the report for that month.
Why is this important?
Staying within the 42-day window is essential to ensure timely reporting and avoid any gaps in a supplier’s reporting history.
03/ Downloading Performance InCheck Reports
Please follow these steps to learn how to view and download your generated Performance InCheck Reports:
- Upon logging into the ZDHC Gateway, click on INCHECK on the left navigation panel.
- Select Archive.
- Use the Search bar and/or select Month and Year to find the relevant report.
- Click on the Download button next to the relevant report.
04/ Understanding Your Performance InCheck Report
The header of the report includes general information, such as:
- Factory Name: the Organisation Name as shown on the ZDHC Gateway.
- Report Date: the date when the report was generated.
- ZDHC AID: the ZDHC Gateway Account ID of the supplier.
- Name: the name of the supplier contact who generated the report.
- Email Address: the email address of the supplier contact.
- Street Address: the supplier's address as shown on the ZDHC Gateway.
The top right corner also showcases the Inventory Type: Usage or Delivery.
Below the header, there is a short explanation of what the Performance InCheck Report is, as well as the Month and Year to which the report pertains.
The following section presents the inventory's Chemicals to Zero Conformance, including:
- Foundational: the amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that match Chemicals to Zero-Foundational Level, as found on ZDHC Gateway.
- Provisionally Progressive: the amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that match Chemicals to Zero-Prov. Progressive Level, as found on ZDHC Gateway.
- Expired: the amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that used to match any Chemicals to Zero Level, but are now in the Expired status on the ZDHC Gateway.
- Not Published in ZDHC Gateway: the amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that are not found on the ZDHC Gateway.
- Conformant: the total amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that match any Chemicals to Zero Level, as found on ZDHC Gateway.
- Not Evaluated: the total amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that expired and/or cannot be found on the Gateway.
-
All Products: total amount of products in the given inventory.
At the bottom of each page, you can also find the Report's ID on the left and the ZDHC Approved InCheck Solution Provider that generated the report.
The next section focuses on the inventory's overall performance against the ZDHC Gateway's database of sustainable chemistry and its ZDHC MRSL Conformance, including:
- Total amount of products in the given inventory.
- Percentage of products from the inventory published on the ZDHC Gateway.
- Percentage of ZDHC MRSL conformant products from the given inventory.
- Level 1: the amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that match ZDHC MRSL Level 1, as found on ZDHC Gateway.
- Level 2: the amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that match ZDHC MRSL Level 2, as found on ZDHC Gateway.
- Level 3: the amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that match ZDHC MRSL Level 3, as found on ZDHC Gateway.
- Expired: the amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that used to match any ZDHC MRSL Level, but are now in the Expired status on the ZDHC Gateway.
- Not Published in ZDHC Gateway: the amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that are not found on the ZDHC Gateway.
- Conformant: the total amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that match any ZDHC MRSL Level, as found on ZDHC Gateway.
- Not Evaluated: the total amount of products (and related percentage) in the inventory that expired and/or cannot be found on the Gateway.
-
All Products: total amount of products in the given inventory.
The following section provides easy steps to improve a supplier's chemical inventory performance and their Performance InCheck Report's numbers.
The Report concludes with a visual breakdown of all products in the inventory by Count and Weight (kg), based on their conformance to the ZDHC MRSL Levels.
