This guide will show you how to search ZDHC Gateway for chemical products in different ways.
01/ Search by chemical product's name
If you know a chemical product's name, you can use it to find the product on the ZDHC Gateway by following these steps:
- Go to ZDHC Gateway's home page by clicking SEARCH on the left navigation panel.
- Enter the product's name in the search bar in the middle of the page.
- Click on the search icon to see all results found on the ZDHC Gateway under this product name. You can also click on the product name from the drop-down.
02/ Search by chemical product's ZDHC PID
If you know a chemical product's ZDHC PID, you can use it to find the product on the ZDHC Gateway by following these steps:
- Go to ZDHC Gateway's home page by clicking SEARCH on the left navigation panel.
- Enter the product's ZDHC PID in the search bar in the middle of the page.

Click on the search icon to see all results found on the ZDHC Gateway under this ZDHC PID. You can also click on the PID from the drop-down.
03/ Browse chemical products by substrate
To browse chemical products by substrate, category and type follow the steps below:
- Go to ZDHC Gateway's home page by clicking SEARCH on the left navigation panel.
- Select BROWSE BY SUBSTRATE.
- Click on the relevant product substrate and category.
- The search page will refresh to show results that match the selected product substrate and category. Optionally, use filters on the left-hand side to clarify your search.
04/ Find a chemical product's ZDHC PID
Whenever you need to find a chemical product's ZDHC PID, please follow the steps below:
- Go to ZDHC Gateway's home page by clicking SEARCH on the left navigation panel.

Enter the product's name in the search bar in the middle of the page.
- Click on the search icon to see all results found on the ZDHC Gateway under this product name. You can also click on the product name from the drop-down.

You will find the product's ZDHC PID in the product details summary on the search results page.
