This guide shows how to review, approve and publish wastewater test results uploaded by our ZDHC Approved Wastewater Laboratories and the ZDHC ClearStream report.

01/ Publishing wastewater test results

As a Supplier, you have the option to publish your wastewater test results and the ZDHC ClearStream report on the ZDHC Gateway. This will make the data available to all Brands that you are connected with. Once the Wastewater Laboratory has uploaded the test report, you may evaluate the report first and check if the default guideline is applicable to your industry.

The following steps walk you through reviewing, accepting and publishing wastewater data. 

1. Click on WATERDATA in the left navigation bar.In this overview, you will find all previous ClearStream reports. You will also see the related wastewater test reports via the LABORATORY TEST REPORT column. Once the Wastewater Laboratory has uploaded a new report, you will find it at the top of the list with a Pending status.
2. Click the Review Result button under the ACTION column to review the report.Note: Your default guideline is selected based on your material and process type.
3. The ClearStream report will now be displayed. Scroll through the report to view and check the results of the testing. You will notice a watermark “Under Review”, as the report is still in the Pending status.
4. Once reviewed, click ACCEPT AND PUBLISH RESULTS, then YES to confirm your choice.
5. You will be returned to the WATERDATA page. The Status of the report will be updated to Published and there will be new options under the Action column: the View ClearStream   button and the Upload CAP button.

02/ Downloading the ClearStream report

1. Click WATERDATA and find a report with the Published status that you wish to download.
2. Click the View ClearStream button under the Action columnto see what the published report looks like, without the watermark. 
3. Click DOWNLOAD PDF to save the copy of your ClearStream report.

03/ Uploading the Corrective Action Plan

If your wastewater test results require you to have a Corrective Action Plan (CAP), refer to this article that shows you the steps to upload the CAP onto the ZDHC Gateway. 

04/ Viewing test details

1. Click WATERDATA on the left navigation bar.
   
2. Click the Test Report ID of the given report.
   Note: You can also use the search field to locate the report you are looking for.
   You will be directed to the Test Detail page.

05/ Dowloading test report data

To download a copy of your wastewater test report data or the ClearStream report in Excel format, follow the steps below.

1. Click WATERDATA on the left navigation bar.
2. Select a test from the list by checking the box.
3. Click  to download.
4. Select TEST REPORT DATA, CLEARSTREAM EXCEL or CLEARSTREAM CSV.
   

06/ Dowloading the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) template

To download the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) template, follow the steps below.

1. Click WATERDATA on the left navigation bar.
2. Click the RCA CAP Template button at the top right corner.
