If your wastewater and/or sludge test results require you to have a Corrective Action Plan (CAP), follow the steps below to upload the CAP onto the ZDHC Gateway. 

1. Click WATERDATA on the left navigation bar.
2. Locate the test you need to upload the Corrective Action Plan for.
3. Click the Upload CAP button next to the correct test and under the ACTION column.
   

   

4. Follow the instructions on the pop-up window to upload a file.
5. Click SAVE.
