This guide will show you how to review and approve/decline a wastewater report that is uploaded by your wastewater testing labs, and how to review your ClearStream report.
To access the page, click WATERDATA on the left navigation and then select Lab Tests.
BASIC FILTER and ADVANCED FILTER allow you to easily locate a test report. Apply filters as needed.
01/ Lab Test
a) Previewing Test Reports
To view a test report, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Click the Test Report ID of the report.
Note: You can also use the search field to locate the report you are looking.
You will be directed to the Test Detail page.
If you need to review ClearStream report or upload a Correct Action Plan (CAP), return to the WATERDATA. There are three icons under the ACTION column.
To view Lab Results Review, click .
To view ClearStream Scorecard, click .
To upload a CAP, click .
b) Previewing Scorecard and downloading ClearStream
To view a ClearStream scorecard, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Click
to preview a scorecard.
Note: You can only view and download ClearStream when a test report is published by you.
You will be redirected to the scorecard where you have the option to download the file.
c) Uploading CAP
To upload CAP, click in the WATERDATA page.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Select Lab Test.
- Click
under the ACTION column to upload a CAP.
- Upload a file.
- Click SAVE.
d) Downloading TEST REPORT DATA or ELECTRONIC DATA REPORTING (EDR) UPLOAD TEMPLATE
You can also download a copy of your wastewater in Excel or a CAP template. To download TEST REPORT DATA or EDR UPLOAD DATA, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Select a test by checking the box.
- Click
to download.
- Select the TEST REPORT DATA or EDR UPLOAD TEMPLATE.
e) Downloading RCA CAP TEMPLATE
To download RCA CAP TEMPLATE, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Click
on top right corner to download the template.
02/ Unverified Lab Test
a) Previewing Test Reports
As a supplier, you can also upload a wastewater report as unverified. To view an unverified lab test report, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Click a Test Report ID.
You will be redirected to the Unverified Waterdata Test List page.

to edit the details.

b) Adding new test
To add a new test report, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Click Unverified Lab Tests.
- Click
to add a test.
- Fill out the required fields.
- Fill out additional fields.
- Click
to open sample location’s test results. (Optional)
- Click SAVE.
Note: Fields with an asterisk (*) are required information.
Note: Once you have selected the supplier, the ZDHC ID will automatically be filled.
Step result: The test is added in the Waterdata Test list.
c) Deactivating a test
To deactivate a test report, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA.
- Check the box of the selected test.
- Click
to deactivate a test.
- Click YES.
Note: Once deactivated, you will have two options - to reactivate or delete the test report.
d) Reactivating test reports
To reactivate a test report, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Click Unverified Lab Tests.
- Click
to reactivate a report.
A confirmation pop-up appears. - Click YES.
e) Deleting test reports
To delete a test report, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Click Unverified Lab Tests.
- Click
to delete a report.
A confirmation pop-up appears - Click YES.
f) Downloading TEST REPORT DATA or ELECTRONIC DATA REPORTING (EDR) UPLOAD TEMPLATE
To download TEST REPORT DATA or EDR UPLOAD DATA, follow the steps below.
- Click WATERDATA on the left navigation.
- Select the test by checking the box.
Note: To select all in the list, click the box under Select.
- Click
to download.
- Select the TEST REPORT DATA or EDR UPLOAD TEMPLATE.
Step Result: You have downloaded the file.
