Fee Structure & Contract

As of January 2023, the fee structure is as follows. All fees are exclusive of VAT.

No. Fee Category Amount General Remarks
1 Application Fee 890 euros The one-off fee must be paid upon submission of the ATP application.
The ZDHC Academy Team cannot start the application review until the payment is settled.
The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2 Annual Fee 3490 euros per year (covering up to 5 trainers) This will be paid as soon as the ATP application is approved and the contract is signed.
After that, it is to be paid annually.
3 Additional Trainer Fee 100 euros per year per person (when ATP has >5 trainers) When applicable, this is paid together with the annual fee.
4 Certification Fees
  • 15 euros per person (beginner training)
  • 25 euros per person (intermediate training)
  • 35 euros per person (advanced training)
Since all learners must register for courses via the Academy platform,
the ATP will pay ZDHC a per–learner fee for each registration
(regardless of their certification outcome).
The aggregated amount is invoiced every 3 months.

Application Procedure

Any organisation that would like to become an Approved Training Provider must apply on the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform. Applications submitted via other channels will not be reviewed.

  1. Register or log in to the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform (SPP).
  2. Complete the Organisational Profile with correct information and upload supporting documents
  3. Fill in the Approved Training Provider Application online form, along with legal documents mentioned on the form.
  4. When satisfied with your responses, submit the application form and pay the application fee.
  5. The ZDHC Academy Team will carry out a document review and revert with a decision or ask for additional information before making a decision.
  6. If your application meets the criteria, the Academy Team will set up a call to discuss next steps. This includes the skill-based assessment, your requirements, and any outstanding questions.
  7. If your application does not meet the criteria, you can appeal this via email.
  8. Upon meeting the initial criteria, the potential ATPs' nominated trainers are expected to demonstrate their training skills in a pro bono training session. You can find more information about this here.
  9. The reviewer will make a final decision (approved or declined) and provide feedback.
  10. If approved, you will be asked to sign the ZDHC Solution Provider Agreement and the ATP Service Order and pay the annual ATP fee.
  11. Your organisation will then be an Approved Training Provider (ATP).

If you are an existing ATP and wish to nominate a new trainer, please send the trainer’s CV via email to the Academy team: training@zdhc.org
