This article provides an overview of the latest changes, fixes and new functionalities released in the ZDHC Gateway. Updates are organised by release date and cover both general platform changes and stakeholder-specific improvements.

General Update

• Pending connection requests sent before the ZDHC Gateway relaunch that were not carried over into the new platform have now been restored for all organisations. This applies where the other organisation is already registered on the ZDHC Gateway; a request to an organisation that was never registered could not be restored. Restored requests appear under Organisations → Connections, where you can filter the Status column to Pending (alongside Active, Rejected and Disconnected) to find them. Chemical Formulators

• Added local-language product names to some ChemCheck products where the data existed in legacy records but hadn't yet been carried over.
• Chemical Formulator Registration Step 3 no longer requires selecting ZDHC MRSL Conformance Levels; this selection is now optional, as intended.
• SDS downloads now complete reliably for the small number of product reports that were failing; when a file genuinely isn't available after migration, a clear message will display instead of a generic error.

ZDHC MRSL Certifiers

• Bulk certificate assignment now correctly matches a product by name when the Product ID isn't available, and the name is unique, resolving a remaining case that could still fail after the last update's fix.

ZDHC Approved Wastewater Laboratories

• Fixed a display issue where a required testing parameter could appear twice under Untreated Wastewater in a ClearStream cycle; each parameter now appears once as expected.
• The My Projects kanban board has been replaced with a table-based view. Each stage of the testing workflow (New Request, Sampling, Testing, Reporting, Pending Supplier Review, Completed, Rejected) is now its own page under My Projects in the left-hand navigation, with a filter to move between them, instead of a swimlane column on a single board:
  • Under each stage, you'll find a table listing your requests with ClearStream ID, Supplier ID, Supplier Name, Supplier Location, Status and Last Update. Clicking a row opens the same detail view you're used to (for example, accept or decline a New Request, or enter sampling information), so the day-to-day actions haven't changed, only how you get to them.
  • The new table properly cycles through your full list of requests.
  • "Completed" now shows your full report history, including migrated reports from before the ZDHC Gateway relaunch. From a completed project, you can download the full ClearStream Report (open the report and use the download button, top right) or export the underlying data to CSV. Brands / Vendors

• Data Hub's InCheck bulk report download now completes successfully when your selection is within the allowed limit, rather than failing with a report count error.
• Connections search now returns matching results, instead of always showing the same organisation regardless of your search term.

General Updates

• Organisation profile editing has been redesigned with a clearer, card-based layout.
• The Connections detail view now shows more organisation information at a glance, for Brands, Vendors, and Suppliers alike.
• Search in Connections is fixed and now works by name or organisation ID.
• Global Search behaviour has changed on the Organisations and Chemical Formulations tabs: filters are shown by default, and search runs via a dedicated Search button rather than automatically as you type.

Chemical Formulators

• Fixed a migration issue that showed fewer team members than your organisation actually has.

ZDHC MRSL Certifiers

• Fixed the CSV template row-limit issue that was blocking Bulk Assign Certificates uploads.
• Refined bulk certification matching: by Product ID first, by product name when no ID is available (provided the name is unique), and now also taking formulator name into account for better matches.

Chemical Formulators

• Certification statuses on your products now correctly show "Expired" once they've lapsed.
• Technical Data Sheets (TDS) can now be added when creating or editing a product, and display properly.
• ChemCheck report downloads now have clearer file names, and all team members can download them (not just admin users).
• Fixed a subscription creation issue that could block you from subscribing.
• Your dashboard now clearly flags whether your subscription has expired or is missing.

Suppliers

• Invitation emails to your team and partner organisations are now more reliable.
• Team members can now remove themselves from your organisation.
• ClearStream: the testing laboratory name now shows directly in your reports and detail view; several reports that showed the wrong lab after migration have been corrected.
• InCheck: declining a submission now correctly frees up your slot to resubmit; several report display issues (contact info, product counts, reporting month) are fixed.

ZDHC Approved Wastewater Laboratories

• Your laboratory name now displays correctly across ClearStream reports (several previously migrated reports showed the wrong laboratory).
• CSV report uploads no longer fail due to formatting issues.
• ClearStream journeys no longer show steps as already completed or a laboratory as already selected before you've taken action.

Brands / Retailers

• Fixed a mismatch in Chemicals to Zero (CtZ) levels between ZDHC Gateway search results and ChemCheck reports, so the figures you see are consistent.
• Fixed inconsistent product counts and conformance data across regenerated InCheck reports.
