This article provides an overview of known issues currently affecting the ZDHC Gateway, together with improvements and development work underway to address them. The information on this page is reviewed and updated regularly as work progresses.

Certificate & compliance data accuracy

Affects: Chemical Formulators, MRSL Certifiers / Certification Bodies, Brands / Retailers

• As previously communicated, we're continuing to work on restoring the data connection between OEKO-TEX® and the Gateway. In the meantime, in-scope products may carry a temporary certification so that formulators can continue publishing. Please refer to that earlier communication for background.
• We're improving the accuracy of certificate and conformance data shown across ChemCheck report PDFs, product summaries, and certification body product-approval views.
• We're tightening the scope of certain product and activity data, so each organisation only ever sees information that belongs to them.

Account & organisation management

Affects: All Stakeholders

• We're improving account lookup and registration, including the reliability of invitations and addressing a few edge cases that could block a new organisation from completing sign-up.
• We're improving how legal names display correctly across Global Search and profile pages, including non-Latin scripts.

ClearStream data & reporting

Affects: Suppliers, Laboratories

• We're continuing to improve accuracy and consistency in ClearStream reporting, including cycle data, test parameter listings, and report exports.
• We're improving guidance and validation during manual test result entry and CSV upload, to catch issues earlier and reduce failed submissions.

ChemCheck & bulk operations

Affects: Chemical Formulators, MRSL Certifiers / Certification Bodies

• We're improving the reliability of bulk actions across product selection, downloads, and certificate assignment.
• We're refining certification body product-approval filters so formulator lists are always complete.

Data Hub, Connections & InCheck

Affects: Brands / Retailers, Vendors, Suppliers

• We're improving invitation handling in the Connections flow, and correcting a few report filters and counts so the data you see always matches your organisation's actual activity.

Subscriptions & billing

Affects: Chemical Formulators, Suppliers

• We're refining checkout behaviour for vouchers and payment options, and correcting invoice address and expiration-reminder details.
