01/ Known Issues
Certificate & compliance data accuracy
Affected stakeholders: Chemical Formulators, ZDHC MRSL Certifiers / Certification Bodies, Brands / Retailers
- Certificate and conformance status
We are working to ensure certificate and conformance status is displayed consistently across product pages, the certifier view and CtZ tiers. - Third-party certificate data in ChemCheck reports
We are improving the accuracy of third-party certificate information displayed in ChemCheck report PDFs. - ZDHC MRSL standards migration
We are completing the migration of ZDHC MRSL standards for a small number of Certification Bodies to the ZDHC Gateway.
Account access & communications
Affected stakeholders: All stakeholders
- Password reset
We are improving the consistency and reliability of the password reset process, including around platform updates. - Invitation emails and registration
We are addressing invitation email delivery and registration errors affecting a small number of organisations. - Account lookup and email updates
We are improving account lookup functionality so email-based searches and profile email updates work reliably.
ClearStream data & reporting
Affected stakeholders: Suppliers, Wastewater Laboratories
- Cycle IDs and test groups
We are improving how ClearStream cycle IDs and test groups are displayed to ensure listings are clear and accurate. - Wastewater report data
We are completing discharge volume and disposal pathway information in Supplier wastewater reports. - CtZ classification
We are correcting the classification of certain undetected test results based on CtZ levels. - Laboratory records and parameter exports
We are consolidating duplicate laboratory records and improving the accuracy of parameter export files. - Manual parameter entry
We are improving the manual parameter entry process, including the ability to change a selected test method.
ChemCheck & bulk operations
Affected stakeholders: Chemical Formulators, ZDHC MRSL Certifiers / Certification Bodies
- SDS downloads
We are improving the reliability of SDS downloads for a small number of product reports. - Chemical Formulations search
We are refining search behaviour, so filters populate correctly by default. - Chemical Formulator Registration
We are correcting a form validation issue affecting the chemical formulator registration process.
Data Hub & connections
Affected stakeholders: Brands / Retailers, Vendors, Suppliers
- Organisation connections
We are completing a platform-wide re-import to ensure organisation connections are fully up to date. - InCheck bulk report downloads
We are improving the reliability of InCheck bulk report downloads in Data Hub.
02/ Product Development Roadmap
The following development work is currently planned or in progress. Scope and timing may change as development continues.
Major features
- Data Hub for Brands
Data Hub is being rebuilt to provide Brands with a single place to view supplier performance across ChemCheck, InCheck, ClearStream, Supplier to Zero, and Vendor to Zero, with search, filtering, and drill-down functionality. - Organisation Connections export
A new export functionality will allow Brands and Vendors to download their full connection data to Excel, including identification, wastewater and ClearStream status, chemical inventory and InCheck data, Supplier to Zero information and related fields. - API access for InCheck Solution Providers
New API endpoints will allow Solution Providers to request Supplier registration invitations and accept or decline InCheck reports programmatically, reducing the need for manual processing. - Zeddy updates
Our in-platform assistant is being developed to help users find answers without leaving the ZDHC Gateway.
Improvements in development
- Connections visibility
Connections will show which ZDHC Gateway tools a supplier uses, helping Brands understand tool coverage at a glance. - ClearStream upload guidance
Wastewater Laboratories will receive clearer guidance on valid values when uploading wastewater test method data, helping reduce failed CSV uploads. - Performance and reliability
Work is underway to improve PDF generation and Data Hub performance, particularly on high-traffic pages. - Platform consistency
Error messages, icons, layouts and page widths are being reviewed to provide a more consistent experience across the ZDHC Gateway. - ChemCheck downloads
ChemCheck downloads will be available to relevant team members without requiring admin access. - ClearStream cycle closure
Suppliers will have a clearer process to close a ClearStream cycle when testing does not apply. - ClearStream laboratory requests
The laboratory request view will transition to a searchable, paginated table, making it easier to manage more requests. - Certification Body standards view and exports
Certification Bodies will have a clearer view of the standards associated with their organisation, along with additional filtering options for product exports, including level, region, substrate, and chemical formulator. - Bulk certification and formulation matching
Bulk matching will also take the chemical formulator name, along with the product ID and product name, into account to improve matching accuracy. - Bulk ChemCheck report downloads
File and folder names in bulk ChemCheck report downloads will be updated to make downloaded content easier to identify. - Product portfolio sorting
The sort order will be preserved when navigating between pages in the product portfolio results.
03/ Fixing missing or incorrect data
- Pending connections
A platform-wide re-import is being completed to restore organisation connections that did not fully carry over. - Search matching
Formulation search will also match against the chemical formulator name, and chemical formulator filters will populate correctly by default. - Certificate accuracy
We are addressing cases where expired certificates may still appear as active across product, certifier and CtZ views. - Duplicate records
Duplicate laboratory and organisation records are being consolidated to support more accurate connections and reporting.
