This article provides an overview of known issues currently affecting the ZDHC Gateway, together with improvements and development work underway to address them. The information on this page is reviewed and updated regularly as work progresses.

Our priority: Data Hub for Brands (November)

The rebuilt Data Hub is our main focus for the coming weeks. It gives brands one place to follow supplier performance across ChemCheck, InCheck, ClearStream, Supplier to Zero and Vendor to Zero, and to get that data out of the ZDHC Gateway in the format they need. We are delivering it in steps, with the full Data Hub in place in November.

• Organisation Connections export. Export your full connection data to Excel, including identification details, wastewater profile and ClearStream status, chemical inventory, InCheck and Performance InCheck data. (mid-October)
• Redesigned supplier overview. A clearer supplier table with filters you can set once and apply together, and sorting by supplier, location, and latest report date per module. (late October)
• Separate Suppliers and Vendors pages, with improved navigation that makes it easier to see where you are and return to previous sections. (late October)
• Bulk report export. Export reports for a filtered set of suppliers in one go. Exports run in the background, and a new Available Downloads page lists your exports so you can download or remove them when ready. (late October)
• Choose your format. Pick PDF or CSV per report category when downloading from a supplier's side panel. (late October)
• Verified InCheck shown in the supplier overview and side panel. (late October)
• Supplier to Zero shown in the supplier overview and side panel. (early November)
• Connections at a glance. See your connection status directly in organisation search results and on organisation profiles, and see which ZDHC Gateway tools a connected organisation uses. (late October)
• Location filter in Connections that only lists countries where you have connected organisations. (early November)

Known Issues

Certificate & compliance data accuracy

Affects: Chemical Formulators, MRSL Certifiers / Certification Bodies, Brands / Retailers

• As previously communicated, we continue working to restore the data connection between OEKO-TEX® and the ZDHC Gateway. Until then, in-scope products can carry a temporary certification so formulators can keep publishing.
• We are refining how the Gateway selects the single certificate that applies when a product has more than one, and ensuring certification body filters return only products with a valid certificate. (mid-October)
• We are tightening the product activity log so each certification body only sees its own actions, and completing the formulator list in the certification body product approval view. (mid-October)
• We are restoring certificate data for products of a certification body whose records were not fully carried over during the migration, so those products return to their correct status. (mid-October to November)
• We are improving ChemCheck reports so they show local-language names and use a consistent date format. (late October)
• We are making ChemCheck summary report downloads available to users in China without extra tools. (late October)
• We are making certification status clearer: products whose certificates have all expired will show as "Expired", each certificate will appear only once in reports, and duplicate certificate submissions through the API or bulk upload will be ignored automatically. (early November)
• We are introducing a validity period for certificates without a set expiry date, and improving validation in bulk certificate assignment. (early November)

Account & organisation management

Affects: All Stakeholders

• We are improving registration and invitation emails, so every applicant receives a confirmation, and every invitation addresses the right person and role. (late October)
• We are improving how organisation correction requests are submitted and how existing connections are shown, so the "Add Connection" option appears only where it applies. (late October)
• We are improving sign-in so users who recently reset their password can log in without resetting it again. (early November)
• We are improving support for non-Latin characters, with guidance during registration and correct display of legal names on organisation profiles. (early November)

ClearStream data & reporting

Affects: Suppliers, Laboratories

• We are aligning the ClearStream Report PDF on one calculation model, so the performance summary, matrix overview and category bars always tell the same story. The profile overview will include wastewater volume and sludge disposal pathway, and the ZDHC MRSL disclaimer will sit directly above the results tables. (late October)
• We are aligning test parameter lists across the supplier, laboratory, and export views, including removing duplicate rows and ensuring every required section appears for laboratories. (late October)
• We are updating submission summaries to reflect every completed parameter, and adding a reset option after an upload that needs correction. (late October)
• We are enabling laboratories to continue reports that were carried over from the previous Gateway, and restoring cycle history for a small number of organisations. (late October)
• We are improving the ClearStream CSV export to include analytical and wastewater values, and refining sample point options based on discharge type. (late October)
• We are clarifying how we accept laboratory-submitted reports for suppliers without an active ClearStream subscription. (late October)

Subscriptions & billing

Affects: Chemical Formulators, Suppliers

• We are improving renewal checkout, so your current tier is preselected, and you can choose any tier that fits your product count. (mid-October)
• We are aligning subscriptions with your actual billing period and renewal setting, and matching renewal reminders to that setting. (late October)

Product Development Roadmap

What we are building between now and late November, described by the value it delivers. Data Hub for Brands is covered on the first page.

Major features

• Verified InCheck: a simpler set of steps to verify InCheck reports, and a dedicated Verified InCheck tab on the InCheck Reports page. (late October)
• Excel for laboratories: download and upload ClearStream test parameters as an Excel file, avoiding the formatting and encoding issues that come with CSV files. (late October)
• Organisation hierarchy: link related organisations, such as a group and its sites, through a request and approval step on both sides. (early November)
• Supplier to Zero certificates: a certificates page for suppliers with module history, a status filter and download. (early November)
• Two-factor authentication for extra account security. (early November)
• Safety Data Sheets (SDS): formulators can provide an SDS as a file, a link, or both (also in bulk upload) and set who handles SDS requests. Logged-in users can request an SDS directly from the product page. An SDS file will no longer be required before assigning a product to a certification body, and replacing an SDS will no longer remove existing certificates. (mid to late November)
• API access for InCheck Solution Providers: request supplier registration invites and accept or decline InCheck reports programmatically, with clearer error messages and more flexible product lookups. (mid to late November)
• Product classification in APIs: category, type, and substrate available in the catalog and bulk matching APIs. (mid to late November)

Improvements

• The product page will show the certification and certification dates for each active certificate. (mid-October)
• Bulk ChemCheck report downloads will contain clearly named files instead of generic folders. (mid-October)
• Formulators will no longer be able to publish two products with the same name, keeping product lists clear. (mid-October)
• Certification bodies will be able to export their assigned products, filtered by level, region, substrate and formulator. (late October)
• ClearStream cycle history will include archived reports, with a direct report download for completed cycles, and chemical group information will appear alongside ZDHC MRSL parameters in the matrix overview. (late October)
• Subscription overview will show your renewal status and let you turn off auto-renew. (late October)
• Search will show the ZDHC MRSL version next to the conformance level, offer a supplier compliance status filter, and show accurate result counts with a "View all" option. (early November)
• You will be able to view the latest InCheck or ClearStream Report without downloading it. (early November)
• InCheck CSV exports will include weight-based percentages for each conformance tier and the ZDHC MRSL version, and the report list will sort by month, then by date. (early November)
• Organisation admins will get a clearer invitations overview, with the option to re-send or revoke an invitation. (early November)
• A confirmation step before payment, plus guidance pages explaining the current payment option for laboratories paying on behalf of suppliers. (early November)
• Platform-wide usability updates: clearer error messages, better use of space on large screens, consistent icons and a simpler terms and conditions screen. (early November)

Fixing missing or incorrect data

• Restoring certificate data for products affected by the migration, so their status is correct again. (mid-October to November)
• Restoring ClearStream cycle history and reports carried over from the previous Gateway, so laboratories and suppliers can pick up where they left off. (late October)
