3. Initial assessment: The reviewer will begin their initial assessment of your application within 3-5 business days of receiving the documents.
4. Document evaluation: The reviewer will carefully examine all the documents and information you submitted in your application. 
5. Compliance check: They will assess whether your facility meets the required standards for Level 2 certification. This involves checking your practices against the requirements.
6. Clarifications: If the reviewer needs more information or clarification on any point, they will contact you. Be prepared to provide additional details or documents if requested. This typically happens within 1-2 weeks of the initial assessment.
7. No changes to original submission: Remember, you can't modify your original answers or replace files after submission. However, you can share additional files with the reviewer if needed.
8. Timeline: Typically, the entire review process takes 2-4 weeks after the reviewer receives the documents. However, this can vary depending on the complexity of your application and the reviewer's workload.
9. Assessment compilation: Once the reviewer has examined everything, they will compile their assessment. This includes noting areas where you meet the criteria and any areas that might need improvement.
10. Submission to ZDHC: The reviewer submits their completed assessment to ZDHC for processing, usually within 1-2 business days of finalising their review.
11. Results processing: ZDHC Supplier Platform processes the results and updates your certification status on the platform. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
