• The facility information: the facility information is the same information that is shown on the Gateway. If you want to change the facility information (e.g., facility name) on your certificate, please update your ZDHC Supplier Profile on the ZDHC Gateway. Changes will automatically reflect on the certificates.

• The certificate information: the certificate information cannot be changed. If you feel that any information related to the certificate is shown incorrectly, please contact ZDHC.
