The certificate information is available after the evaluation and/or review process has been completed.
To access your certificates:
- Locate the facility selector in the top navigation bar:
- It appears as a button with a building icon
- Shows your facility name with a dropdown arrow
- Located in the center of the top navigation
- Other navigation elements include:
- User profile menu on the left
- Help menu on the right
- Notifications bell
- Share button
After clicking the facility name, you'll see a menu with three options:
- "EDIT PROFILE ON THE ZDHC GATEWAY" (top button)
- "CERTIFICATES" (middle button, highlighted in red)
- "INVOICES" (bottom button)
Click on 'Certificates' to see your certificates for the ZDHC Supplier Platform.
Important points about certificate access:
- Certificates are only available after completing evaluation/review
- All facility certificates can be accessed from this central location
- The menu provides quick access to both certificates and related documents (invoices)
- You can also edit your facility profile through the same menu
