Go to the Certificates Overview page and click on the download icon.
The Certificates Overview page shows a table with the following columns:
- # Certificate No. - Unique identifier for each certificate (e.g., "Certificate #3955")
- Module - Type of certification (e.g., "Resource Efficiency")
- Level - Certification level achieved (e.g., "Resource Efficiency (free)")
- Certification date - When the certificate was issued (e.g., "25.09.2023")
- Expiration date - When the certificate expires (e.g., "24.09.2024")
- Status - Current certificate status (e.g., "Valid")
- Actions - Contains a blue download icon to save your certificate
To download your certificate:
- Locate your certificate in the table
- Check that the status is "Valid"
- Click the blue download icon in the Actions column
- The certificate will download automatically
