To download an invoice for the purchase of one of our ZDHC Gateway services, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your ZDHC Gateway account.
2. In the top right corner, click on the profile icon with your name and select Subscription Settings from the dropdown menu.

   

3. Scroll down to see the Order Transaction Log. Here you can download all previous and current invoices under Order Receipt.
4. Click on the Download Receipt button to download your invoice. Please note: we only accept payments in euros and hence only issue invoices with the paid amounts in euros.
