To ensure a successful migration of data from the current ZDHC Gateway to the relaunched platform, we will temporarily close access to the existing ZDHC Gateway during the migration period.
The current ZDHC Gateway will be taken offline on 7 August 2026. From that moment onwards, users will no longer be able to access the platform until the relaunched ZDHC Gateway is live.
Key dates
Downtime start: 7 August 2026 (exact time to be confirmed)
Expected go-live: 17 August 2026
During this period, the ZDHC Gateway will not be accessible, and no activities can be performed on the platform. To minimise any disruption, we encourage all users to prepare in advance.

- Follow up with your stakeholders on any pending actions that require their input, such as product verifications, invitations, or connection requests, to ensure these are completed before the platform closes.
- Review your organisation's user list and remove users who are no longer employed by or affiliated with your organisation to ensure your account remains up to date.
- Sign up for our upcoming trainings on the relaunched ZDHC Gateway
We will continue to share further information about the relaunched ZDHC Gateway in the coming weeks.
