What is the transition period from ZDHC MRSL V3.1 to V4.0 for chemical formulators?

The transition to ZDHC MRSL V4.0 begins on 1 November 2026.

Chemical formulators can begin recertifying their formulations against V4.0 on 1 February 2027 and should complete recertification by 1 November 2027.

The overall supply chain implementation period ends on 1 June 2028.
