Transparency reports let you share supply chain data with brand partners at different levels of detail. This article explains how to generate, download, and delete transparency reports from the Vendor Module.
01/ Introduction
The Vendor Module offers three report levels, each covering a different depth of supply chain data. Level 1 covers your entire connected supply chain and requires no prior setup. Level 2 and Level 3 are brand-specific and only include suppliers you have mapped to that brand.
02/ Prerequisites
- You must have a Vendor user role.
- For Level 2 and Level 3 reports, at least one supplier must be mapped to the selected brand before generating. See Creating and managing supplier-to-brand mappings.
03/ Steps (Quick Answer)
Go to the Vendor Module, then to Vendor Reports. Click Generate New Report, select a brand, a report level, and a time period, then click Generate Report. The report appears in the table when ready and can be downloaded as a PDF.
04/ Understanding the report levels
Level 1 — Supplier List: A list of all your connected suppliers with basic information. No supplier mapping required.
Level 2 — Facility Details: A brand-specific report showing only suppliers mapped to that brand. Includes facility details and certifications.
Level 3 — Compliance Data: A brand-specific report with the same supplier scope as Level 2, plus a separate List of Suppliers (LIS). Includes InCheck, ClearStream, and certificate data. Two PDF files are generated.
