Supplier-to-brand mappings control which of your connected suppliers are visible in Level 2 and Level 3 transparency reports for each brand partner. This article explains how to create and update these mappings from the Vendor Module.

01/ Introduction

When you generate a Level 2 or Level 3 transparency report for a brand, the report only includes suppliers you have explicitly mapped to that brand. Mappings are managed per brand connection — you can map different sets of suppliers to different Brands, and one supplier can be mapped to multiple Brands at the same time.

02/ Prerequisites

• You must have a vendor user role.
• You must have at least one active brand connection and at least one active supplier connection.

03/ Steps

1. Go to Vendor Module in the main navigation.
2. Click Connections in the left sidebar.
3. Click on the row of the brand connection you want to configure. A side panel opens on the right, showing connection details.
4. Locate the Mapped Suppliers section in the side panel. It shows how many suppliers are currently mapped to this brand.
5. Click Map Suppliers. The mapping modal opens.
6. The modal shows two columns: Available Suppliers (unmapped) on the left and Mapped Suppliers (currently mapped) on the right.
7. To map a supplier, click the green + button next to their name in the Available Suppliers column. The supplier moves to the Mapped Suppliers column.
8. To unmap a supplier, click the red - button next to their name in the Mapped Suppliers column.
9. Use the search bar at the top of either column to find a supplier by name or organisation ID.
10. To map all available suppliers at once, click Map All at the top of the Available Suppliers column.
11. To unmap all suppliers at once, click Unmap All at the top of the Mapped Suppliers column.

12. Click Save Changes. The modal closes, and a confirmation message appears. The side panel updates to show the new mapped supplier count.

    

04/ Tips & Notes

Tip: A yellow warning bar appears at the bottom of the modal showing how many changes are pending. Changes are applied only when you click "Save Changes"; closing or cancelling the modal discards all unsaved changes.

Note: Level 1 reports do not use supplier mappings — they always include all connected suppliers. Mappings only affect Level 2 and Level 3 reports.
