The Vendor Module is your workspace on the ZDHC Gateway for managing supplier relationships, creating supplier-to-brand mappings, and generating transparency reports for Brand partners as part of the Vendor to Zero programme. This article explains what the module contains and how to navigate it.
01/ Introduction
The Vendor Module gives vendor users a dedicated space to manage supply chain connections and produce transparency reports at three levels of detail. It is organised into five sections accessible from the left sidebar: General Information, Connections, Engagement, Data Hub, and Vendor Reports.
02/ Prerequisites
- You must have a Vendor user role (Signatory Friend of ZDHC — Vendor). If you cannot see the Vendor Module in the main navigation, contact your organisation admin or ZDHC support.
03/ Steps
- Log in to the ZDHC Gateway.
- Click Vendor Module in the main navigation bar. The module opens on the General Information page.
- Use the left sidebar to move between pages. The current page is highlighted.
04/ Pages in the Vendor Module
General Information — An overview of your organisation's Vendor profile and module capabilities.
Connections — View and manage your supplier and Brand connections. Use this page to map suppliers to specific Brand partners for transparency reporting. See Creating and managing supplier-to-brand mappings.
Engagement — Track supplier engagement activity across your connected supply chain.
Data Hub — Access and download compliance reports (InCheck and ClearStream) for your connected suppliers. See Viewing and downloading supplier reports in the Data Hub.
Vendor Reports — Generate and download Level 1, 2, and 3 transparency reports for your Brand partners. See Generating and downloading transparency reports.

Note: If you do not have a Vendor user role, navigating to the Vendor Module will redirect you to the home page with an access denied message. Contact your organisation admin to request the correct role.
