The Data Hub gives you centralised access to compliance reports for your connected suppliers — including InCheck and ClearStream reports. This article explains how to find, filter, and download reports.

01/ Introduction

The Data Hub is accessible from both the Brand Module and the Vendor Module. It shows all available compliance reports from your connected suppliers, with tools to search, filter by report type, supplier, or time period, and download individual or multiple reports at once.

02/ Prerequisites

• You must have a brand user or vendor user role.
• Your organisation must have at least one active supplier connection with available reports.

03/ Steps

Finding reports

1. Go to the Brand Module or the Vendor Module in the main navigation.
2. Click Data Hub in the left sidebar. The page loads, showing all available supplier reports.
3. To search for a specific report, type in the search bar above the table. You can search by supplier name, supplier organisation ID, or report type.
4. To filter by report type, use the Report Type dropdown. Options include All Reports, InCheck, and ClearStream.
5. To filter by supplier, use the Supplier dropdown.
6. To filter by time period, use the Time Period dropdown and select the relevant month and year.
7. To reset all filters, click Clear Filters.

Downloading a single report

1. Find the report you want in the table.
2. Click Download in the Actions column. The report downloads as a PDF.

Downloading multiple reports

1. Tick the checkbox next to each report you want to download. To select all reports on the current page, tick the checkbox in the table header.
2. A blue banner appears showing how many reports are selected.
3. Click Download Selected. All selected reports are downloaded as a single ZIP file.

04/ Types of reports

Brands and Vendors can access InCheck, Chemical Inventory (CI), ClearStream, ClearStream RCA/CAP, and Supplier to Zero reports. Vendor to Zero reports are available to Brands only.

• InCheck: Available as PDF and Excel. The Excel version provides a conformance summary for each supplier.
• Chemical Inventory (CI): Available as PDF and Excel, but only when the supplier has opted in to share its chemical inventory.
• ClearStream: Available as PDF and Excel. The Excel version includes parameter-level details and laboratory data.
• ClearStream RCA/CAP: Available as PDF only, and only when the supplier has submitted an RCA/CAP for the relevant evaluation.
• Supplier to Zero: Available as PDF only.
• Vendor to Zero: Available as PDF only and only to Brand users. It provides a summary of vendor management performance and is not visible to Vendor users.

Tip: Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages if you have a large number of reports.
