This article explains where to find and download your facility's InCheck reports.

01/ Introduction

Published InCheck reports can be downloaded as a PDF directly from the InCheck Module. This is the only place to get your InCheck reports: there are no separate reports or certificates pages elsewhere on the ZDHC Gateway for InCheck.

02/ Prerequisites

• Admin access — you must be an admin in your organisation to download a report.
• The report must have the status Published. Submitted and Declined reports do not have a download option.

03/ Steps

1. Log in to the ZDHC Gateway.
2. Click InCheck in the top navigation.
3. Select InCheck Reports in the InCheck Module sidebar.
4. Select the report you want, sorted by month, from the table.
   The report detail panel opens.
5. Select Download. This is only available once the report's status is Published. Downloading produces a PDF.
