This article explains what each section of your published InCheck Report PDF means.
01/ Introduction
Your InCheck Report is a PDF that summarises your facility's chemical inventory of formulations for one calendar month and evaluates it against the ZDHC MRSL and Chemicals to Zero levels. It is generated once your report is published — either by you or through auto-publish.
02/ Prerequisites
- Admin access — you must be an admin in your organisation to open and download a report.
- The report must have the status Published
03/ Steps
- Go to InCheck. Open your published report from InCheck Reports.
- Select Download to save the PDF.
03/ What's in the report
Report header (page 1)
- Organisation Name, Organisation ID — your facility as registered on the ZDHC Gateway
- Contact Name, Contact Email — the facility contact associated with the report
- Address, Location — your registered address and country
- Solution Provider, Solution Provider ID — whichever Solution Provider submitted this report
- Verification Level — the InCheck level (e.g. Level 1)
- Report Period — the calendar month covered
- Report Generation Date — when the PDF was generated (this is not the same as the submission date)
Performance Metrics (page 2)
Three headline numbers: the total count of chemical formulations in the inventory, the percentage published on the ZDHC Gateway, and the percentage conformant to any ZDHC MRSL level (Levels 1–3).
Below that, two breakdowns with identical structure:
- ZDHC MRSL Conformance (the ZDHC MRSL version is stated, e.g. "ZDHC MRSL v3.1 Conformance") — count of formulations at the applicable ZDHC MRSL level, plus Depublished, Expired, Unpublished, and Custom, with an overall conformance percentage.
- Chemicals to Zero Conformance — the same structure, using the Chemicals to Zero tier (e.g. Foundational) in place of the ZDHC MRSL level.
The page also includes a brief set of steps to improve your chemical inventory performance, such as inviting your chemical formulators to the ZDHC Gateway and using the Connection Feature to share the report with brands, clients, or vendors.
Product Overview (page 3)
- Weight Distribution by Conformance Level — total weight in kg across all formulations, broken down by the same categories as the Performance Metrics page.
- Product Count Breakdown — a table showing count, weight (kg), and percentage of total for each conformance level.
04/ Tips & Notes
Tip: The category names on your report — Depublished, Expired, Unpublished, Custom — describe why a formulation isn't fully conformant. Use the "Improve your Chemical Inventory Performance" steps on page 2 to work through these with your chemical formulators.
