The ChemCheck report is a product-level PDF showing a product's certification status, formulator details, and third-party certificates. You can download it to share with stakeholders or keep for your records.

01/ Introduction

Each product in ChemCheck has a downloadable PDF report. The report includes the product name and ID, formulator and parent organisation details, product classification, and a full table of third-party certifications with issue and expiry dates.

02/ Prerequisites

• The product must have at least one active certification.
• You must have access to the product's ChemCheck view.

03/ Steps

1. Go to the ChemCheck tab and then to ChemCheck Products. Open the product you want to report on. You can also find products through search or your product portfolio.
2. Go to the Product Details tab.
3. Click Download ChemCheck Report.
4. The PDF downloads to your device.

04/ What the report contains

The ChemCheck PDF includes:

• Product name and product ID
• Formulator name, parent organisation, organisation ID, address, contact details, and email
• Report date and report expiry date
• Product substrate, category, and use type
• A table of third-party certificates showing: Certification Standard, Issued By, Issue Date, Expiry Date, and Conformance Level

Note: The report expiry date is the earlier of two dates: the formulator's subscription expiry date or the earliest certificate expiry date.
