If a chemical formulation selected by the app is out of stock, the reviewer cannot simply mark it as "not found." Instead, they must audit back-end facility records for data traceability:

• For a usage-type inventory, they must verify documented proof that the chemical was actively used during the targeted months.
• For a delivery-type inventory, they must verify documented proof that the chemical was delivered to the facility during those specific months.
