Over the past years, this collaboration has been strengthened through the inclusion of chemical management criteria — based on the ZDHC MMCF Module — in Canopy’s publicly available Hot Button Report, a trusted global benchmark for responsible fibre sourcing.

In a joint effort to make the MMCF industry more sustainable, the chemical management criteria — represented by the chemical flask icon in the Hot Button Report — have been continuously reviewed and updated since 2021. This ensures alignment with the latest MMCF Guidelines and establishes a clear roadmap for continuous improvement among suppliers.
