The ZDHC MMCF Guidelines V3.0 have been restructured to align with the common framework used across other ZDHC guidelines. The content is now organised into three chapters:

  1. Input Management

  2. Process Management

  3. Output Management

Key changes include:

  • The former Chapter 1: ZDHC MMCF Responsible Fibre Production (V2.2) has been divided between Input Management and Process Management.

  • The content from Chapter 2: ZDHC MMCF Wastewater Guidelines (V2.2) and Chapter 3: ZDHC MMCF Air Emissions Guidelines (V2.2) has been consolidated under Output Management.

  • Addition of Viscose Staple Fibre (VSF) and Modal as an integrated facility type to reflect overlapping processes and shared environmental controls.
