The supplier is responsible for the following once they have received the ZDHC ETP Assessment Report from the ZDHC Approved ETP Reviewer:

  • Provide the ZDHC Approved ETP Assessors complete support for enabling him/her for perform the onsite assessment with fullest co-operation.
  •   Once the onsite assessment report is shared by the ZDHC Approved ETP Assessors:
  •  The supplier or the facility is responsible for uploading the report to their ZDHC Gateway account (under the Documentation section) within 3 working days of receiving it.
  • Once the report is uploaded on the ZDHC Gateway (under the documentation section), the report is made accessible to ZDHC Signatory Brands that have approved connections with the supplier.
  • Based on the results of the onsite assessment report (Alert, Level 1, Level 2) work on the points of improvement & implement the Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and then contact the ZDHC Approved ETP Assessor for re-assessment for improving the scoring in the next onsite assessment.
