To be displayed in Find Your Expert, it is essential to be a ZDHC Approved Solution Provider, check this list to learn how to get approved:

The DOs

Content: provide a brief introduction of your service to capture the client's interest and showcase your proficiency in a specific skill category.

Accuracy: describe your services accurately, outlining what your organisation offers, in which specific regions, and any unique features.

Value: list the features and benefits of your service to attract potential customers, highlighting your competitive edge.

Customisation: explain how your service can be tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of the client and the tools and resources you possess to effectively meet the client's requirements.

Limitations: disclose with transparency any constraints you may encounter in a particular category to ensure realistic client expectations are met.

Assurances: offer assurances to give confidence to the client about any concerns they may have about using your service.

Language: use English as the main language as currently, the platform does not support other language options
The DON’Ts

Inaccuracy: Do not provide false or misleading information in your service’s description or regional availability, as per the ZDHC Approved Solution Provider Platform Terms & Conditions: “ZDHC Approved Solution Provider warrants that Data submitted to the Platform is accurate and reliable to the best of ZDHC Approved Solution Provider’s understanding and knowledge and agrees not to knowingly enter false or inaccurate data into the Platform”.

Location: specify only where the service can be provided, do not specify countries in which the service has not been provided, yet.

Comparison: do not report your or your customer’s opinion on how the service or solution you offer performs compared to competitors. A later iteration of FYE will have rules to cover this.

Pricing: the FYE platform does not support the inclusion of pricing information in service descriptions. All pricing negotiations and information exchanges must happen off the platform after a supplier reaches out to the select providers.

Language: always use professional language in your descriptions, and refrain from using discriminatory (including but not limited to that based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or nationality,) or profane language.

Illegal activities: Descriptions cannot promote or condone illegal activities or services.

Terms and conditions: do not include any relevant terms and conditions, such as cancellation policies or refund policies.

Inappropriate content: do not use inappropriate language or content that may be offensive to others.

Copyrighted material: Using copyrighted material without permission is not allowed.

Personal and contact information: do not include personal data such as names, (e-mail) addresses, or phone numbers of organisation employees in the public description. Also, please avoid putting any website links in the service description to protect the integrity of the platform.

Photos and visuals: Using photos or visuals is not supported technically by the FYE platform, yet.

Testimonials and reviews: do not include testimonials or reviews from previous customers in your service descriptions.
Enter the following information in the SPP to be displayed in Find Your Expert:

Organisation Information: business name, trade name, company description and logo

Find Your Expert Services: service description and regions of operations
(Please remember that your organisation is responsible for the data accuracy of the information relative to the services provided as a ZDHC Approved Solution Provider, and ensure that the information displayed in Find Your Expert is true, accurate, not misleading, and always remains up-to-date.)
Step 1: Go to the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform and log in using your credential
Step 2: Click on “Organisation”
Step 3: Click on “Key information”, fill in the information required and click on “Save Contact Information”.
Business Name: entered during profile creation, it must match the business name displayed on the business registration certificate (If you require an update, please contact support@zdhc.org).
Trade Name: enter here your trade name if your organisation markets itself under a different name than the legally registered name.
Logo: enter your logo (min.1000px * 1000px. format: .png .jpg .jpeg .webp). In case the necessary data is not provided a default placeholder logo will be displayed Find Your Expert.
Step 4: Click on “Universal Profile” fill in the information required and click on “Save Basic Information”.
Company Description for External Use: fill in the company information that you want the market to see. (this description will be substituted by your service-specific description when you provide it)
Step 5: As soon as you become a ZDHC Approve Solution Provider click on “Find Your Expert” + “Services” to enter a description for the specific service and indicate the regions in which you can provide it.
Note: If you have just recently been approved and signed a contract, please allow the ZDHC Admin Team a few working days to process it.
Set Description: provide a service-specific description following What are the dos and don’ts of writing a description displayed in Find Your Expert? and click on “Save service description”.
Set Regions: indicate only the location in which you can provide the service and click on “Save Regions”.
Set Service logo: if your organisation created a logo for a particular service, that is different from your company logo, you can add that to the desired service listing and click on “Upload service logo”.
