You can find the supplier’s project requests in the Solution Provider Platform under Find Your Expert - Received Requests.
If you receive a project request you can contact the supplier through the provided email with your offer.
Once there is an agreement, the supplier can choose your organisation to perform the service and you can accept or refuse the project.

Once it’s accepted by the ZDHC Approved Solution Provider, the project can be assigned to an expert and completed.
At the project conclusion, make sure the supplier confirms the project completion from Find Your Expert.
