Continuing an Interrupted Payment
When the payment process is interrupted, you can continue the payment process through the Module Dashboard. Select the right level and click "Continue Payment Process" to proceed.
The payment incomplete screen shows:
- Header section:
- "PAYMENT INCOMPLETE" in large white text
- Level indicator (e.g., "Foundational") below the header
- Status information:
- "Payment incomplete" status message
- Certificate number in top right corner (e.g., "Certificate #1198")
- Action buttons:
- A white "CONTINUE PAYMENT PROCESS" button in the center
- Visual elements:
- Blue background color for the entire notification
- Clear contrast between text and background
- Professional layout with proper spacing
To resume your payment:
- Navigate to the Module Dashboard
- Locate the level with incomplete payment
- Click the "Continue Payment Process" button
- You will be returned to the payment process where you left off
