How to Use Recommendations

1. Click 'Recommendations' for an overview of the recommendations you have collected.

   Note: there are multiple ways to unlock Recommendations

   1. Through the stepper:

      The stepper shows your progress with numbered steps:

      1. Step 1: Evaluation (with blue checkmark icon)
      2. Step 2: Recommendations (highlighted in progress)
      

   2. Through the navigation:

      The top navigation bar includes:

      • Dashboard
      • Evaluation
      • Recommendations (highlighted)
      • File Uploads
      

2. Unlock recommendations for improvement if the implementation is not completed yet.

3. Collect them in the 'recommendations overview' section to create a comprehensive to-do list or tackle them individually.

   The recommendations overview displays (example):

   • Level tabs (Level 1 and Level 2 with 'ACTIVE' status)
   • Category sections:
     • V2.0 Health & Safety (with expand/collapse icon)
     • V2.0 Training (with expand/collapse icon)
   • Specific items:
     • General Housekeeping (with external link icon)
     • Employee Training (with external link icon)
   

4. Download all the recommendations in the recommendation overview.

   Download features include:

   • A blue "Save All Recommendations as PDF" button
   • Complete documentation of all recommendations
   • Organized by category and level
   

5. Implement the recommendations to make the necessary changes in your chemical management.

6. Recommendations will disappear once you change evaluation answers to 'accepted answers'.
