Continue the journey to demonstrate excellence in implementing the ZDHC CMS Framework. Follow the steps below to learn more about the process.

Log in to the ZDHC Supplier Platform with your ZDHC Gateway account information.
Please check the ZDHC Gateway if you do not have an account. -
Start the Supplier to Zero Level 2 evaluation.
Answer all questions to collect recommendations. -
Upload file evidence for each question that requires this.
Follow the file upload requirements to make sure the correct files are uploaded.
⚠️ If you cannot upload a file, indicate you have not implemented the requirement (yet).Keep track of all uploaded files for the assessment from the Uploads page.

Review all collected recommendations from the Recommendations page.
Download the PDF overview with all recommendations to keep track of all recommendations.

Implement all the recommendations.
Use the guidance material and templates available on the Supplier Platform. -
Update your answers in the evaluation.
It is necessary to indicate you have implemented all recommendations!
⚠️ Ensure you have uploaded all the correct files; it is impossible to change them after submitting! -
Click on 'Submit' to submit the level.
It is only possible to submit once all the evaluation points are answered correctly. -
Pay the Platform and Certification Fee
Enter your facility information and select any payment method.
If you have a voucher, select this option as a payment method. -
Choose and Contact a Reviewer
- Visit the ZDHC Find Your Expert Platform to select an approved third-party reviewer
- Contact your chosen reviewer to discuss their fees and timeline
- Make payment arrangements directly with the reviewer

The Review Process
- Pass: Congratulations! You demonstrate meeting Level 2 requirements.
- Improvement needed: The reviewer has some questions or requires some improvements.
The reviewer will contact you directly. - Fail: Unfortunately, you do not meet the requirements for Level 2. You have to do the level again.

Download your certificate!
At Level 2, there is a document review. The outcome of the review determines whether you receive a certificate. Your certification will be valid for 365 days upon successful completion.
Effective June 2023, some of the terminology is changed to align with the 2030 Impact Strategy. Certification levels within Supplier to Zero for non-signatory suppliers terminology has changed from Foundational, Progressive, and Aspirational Level to Supplier to Zero Levels 1, 2, and 3.
